PAYMENT

NOTE: Payments are processed by PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. Below the watch you want to purchase, simply click on the "Buy Now" button and you'll be transferred to PayPal's secure order page. When you reach the PayPal payment screen, simply enter in your payment details. If you have a PayPal account, simply log in to proceed to ordering.

SHIPPING

All shipments will be made promptly when payment has been received. There is a standard US $45.00 Fed Ex International Priority shipping fee for shipment to anywhere in the world. We ship all watches by Fed Ex International Priority shipping (fastest international shipping option available) or other international courier services like UPS and DHL to anywhere in the world. Normal delivery time is 2-3 days, but depending on your location, you can receive your order in as little as 2 days. An e-mail with a Tracking number will be provided to the customer once the package has been shipped.
The customer is liable for all tax and custom duty fees.

All watches we sell come with TOUROUS's exclusive Unlimited Lifetime Warranty on the watch. We will repair/replace free of charge (less shipping fees) any defective movement due to material and manufacturing defects and even those defects resulting from normal wear and tear, including lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, and inaccuracy of the watch. We know of no other watch company that extends this kind of warranty to their watches - let alone a tourbillon watch. Truly a first in the watch industry!
